If you write about SEC data, market APIs, or developer tooling and your audience signs up for FilingPulse through your link, we share the revenue. The terms below are the complete program — there is no tiered "super affiliate" ladder, no income projections, and no fine print beyond this page.
The terms
- 25% recurring commission on net subscription revenue we actually collect from customers you refer, for the first 12 months of each referred subscription.
- Attribution: your link sets a referral code that persists for 30 days (last click wins). Free-tier signups are attributed too — if they upgrade within the window of their original attribution, the paid subscription credits you.
- Payouts: quarterly, minimum balance $25 (smaller balances roll over), by PayPal or bank transfer. We send a statement with each payout showing the subscriptions behind it.
- Exclusions: your own subscriptions, months that are refunded or disputed, and anything obtained through the prohibited conduct below.
How it works
- Email keys@filingpulse.io with where you publish (site, newsletter, channel) and we register a code for you — usually within a day.
- Your link is
https://filingpulse.io/?ref=yourcode(any page on the site works, e.g./signup.html?ref=yourcodeor a docs page). - Attribution is recorded at signup and rides the subscription itself, so renewals credit correctly without any further tracking on your side.
Rules
Two are absolute. First, disclosure: you must disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you use your link — it is your legal obligation (FTC endorsement guides in the US, equivalents elsewhere) and our requirement regardless of jurisdiction. Second, positioning: FilingPulse is data infrastructure. Marketing it as trading signals, stock picks, "beat the market" tooling, or investment advice of any kind will get a code revoked — that boundary is a founding rule of the product itself, and it extends to how the product is described by anyone we pay.
Also prohibited: spam in any channel, paid placement presented as editorial, fabricated reviews or testimonials, bidding on FilingPulse brand keywords, cookie stuffing, and self-referral. We revoke codes for violations and forfeit unpaid balances obtained through them; honest gray-area questions are welcome at the same address before you publish.
What you're referring people to
Real-time SEC EDGAR filings — Form 4 insider trades, 8-K events, S-1/IPO registrations — normalized into one documented JSON schema with REST and signed webhooks. The free tier (2,500 req/mo, full schema) means your readers can evaluate it without a card; paid tiers are $19–$99/mo, so 25% works out to $4.75–$24.75 per subscription per month. We would rather you try the API yourself before recommending it — the screener and docs need no signup, and we're glad to set up an evaluation key.
