About the dataset itself

The filing data we serve — including the names and roles of corporate insiders — comes from public SEC EDGAR filings, which are public records published by the SEC as required by U.S. securities law. FilingPulse reproduces these public records as filed.

Data retention and removal

Operational logs are retained only as long as needed for security and billing integrity. When paid accounts launch, account information will be handled per this policy with any updates published here first.
